Instructions for registration -- please read 

• The payment is by credit card only
• Students must send evidence of their student status, by email at josee.desharnais@ift.ulaval.ca : please include "Student registration" in the subject line
• Do not register to CONCUR and FORMATS+QEST. Choose one or the other, both will give you access to all talks and all the proceedings
• For each paper, at least one author must be registered with the regular rate
• please consider booking your room at Hôtel Château Laurier to help the conference. From July 23rd, the registration price rises; however, if you book at Château Laurier before July 28th, we will reimburse the rebate for early registration on your hotel bill (max ~20% of the room price¹).

Moreover, at Hôtel Château Laurier, the unbooked rooms that have been reserved for you at lower prices 

will be released on the 23rd. After that date, there could be nights that are sold out. 

All fees include lunch for the days concerned and coffee breaks. The conference registrations include the reception on the 23rd and the dinner on the 24th.

1. To make it clearer: for a rebate of 100$ (normal registration), and a room at 159, you get the three first nights at about 127 and the 4th at 155. Thus, this is the same price as if you had booked the room on time and registered early.
